Brakes failed en route to Maine from out of state for vacation. Eastern found a way to fit me into their schedule and called with a quote later that day. The staff was organized, proficient and very pleasant. The entire shop was active and organized. My car was ready on time thanks to extra effort by their team and the invoice came in under the estimate. I was very impressed with their whole operation and they salvaged my vacation.
