We were in Maine on vacation for the holiday weekend and got in a minor car accident that caused our car to need an alignment. All the staff at Eastern tire were extremely helpful and friendly. We first texted with Jen and then spoke with Alvin over the phone to set up appointments and explain our needs. We were a bit frazzled knowing we only had a couple days left in Maine and everyone in the area was telling us how far behind shops were and it was taking weeks to get repairs done at most places right now. As busy as Eastern tire was Alvin was able to get us fit into his schedule and our car taken care of in time for the long trip back to NY. I highly recommend using this business and am grateful for all their help.

When things go wrong (as they sometimes do - we're all human so mistakes happen and cars and trucks are machines that wear out unexpectedly even if they just got fixed) you need a business that is able to make decisions quickly that resolve problems quickly and fairly. I doubt that any big chain repair shops would have been interested in offering to me, and the employees of the chain much less than able to even suggest to me, an equitable solution to my ongoing steering issues after a recent service, whereas the folks at Eastern are invested and care about long-term relationships with the members of their community, plus they are the owners! I think Tom and Ray (Click and Clack, the Tappett Brothers) would appreciate the crew at Eastern - I know I do.

Eastern Tire has excellence and integrity woven securely through it. I feel so lucky that I can bring my car to these people!
