Though the warranty time limit had passed on an alternator installed by Eastern Tire, it only lasted 10,000 miles before failing. Owner Alvin Chase agreed that the service life of an alternator should be substantially higher and he worked with me to shave down the cost of the replacement as much as possible. Plus, I love supporting an employee-owned business that does quality work. Highly recommended.

Eastern is great. Had a check engine light on out of state during a holiday weekend. Despite being busy took us right in to run diagnostics and tell us what we are dealing with. Very friendly and helpful.
