We are on vacation in Rockland, ME and got a flat tire due to our car alignment getting out of whack. AAA strongly recommended Eastern so I called Jenn who was extremely helpful and professional. We needed to have the car ready in a week to get home but there were no alignment appointment openings for two weeks. Jenn took an extra effort to fit us in and we had our car back, fully fixed, within two days. Jenn really was a lifesaver and we are so grateful for her understanding our urgency and going out of her way to help.
