I was called in the morning to come in an hour earlier for my appointment. After after 40 minutes of waiting, during which I thought my tires were being replaced, I learned that my new tires hadn’t arrived yet. What should have been a 60 minute job took 2 1/2 hours. I felt like giving me an option on arrival about waiting or rescheduling would have been the honest route. This has been happily resolved, thank you Eastern Tire!

Service was on time, prompt, and completed in the time window as scheduled. Eastern Tire and Service will be my service station going forward.

Eastern Tire does a great job, they are a family business and it shows in how they treat their customers. They got to the bottom of an issue with my car that was tricky to diagnose, and were very fair in pricing. They gave me good advice as to what they recommend. I have been going there for a few years now and I won’t take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Most excellent people, you almost feel like family

I came to Eastern with battery problems and even though they were busy, Aaron checked my battery and told me I would need a new one and even though its a hard to find that type of battery, the job was completed in less than an hour. Front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
