Great staff and service!

In from out of town, and I caught a nail in my tire on my way here. My car had tires that they did not have in stock when I looked online. They happily ordered me a new tire, and it was there in less than 24 hours. I drove in on Friday afternoon, and was on my way spending less than an hour there. Wonderful service, as they even remembered my name from the previous day. Highly recommend this place for your automotive needs.

I want to thank Eastern Tire & Auto Services for their professional manner and efficiency in handling what I thought was a major disaster with my car tires. I sustained a major flat on my right front tire and being up from Florida,visiting my sister I didn't know where to go so I started telephone calling tire companies and fortunately I reached Eastern Tire & Auto Services. They couldn't have been more accommodating, I gave them the tire size and make of tire and within a few minutes they told me that they could provide the right tire, gave me a quote and made appointment for the next morning. When I arrived the next morning I was greeted by a very friendly knowledge staff who made me feel relaxed and comfortable.It was obvious to me that I was dealing with a true professional staff and I was fortunate enough to have chosen Eastern Tire & Auto Services.There actual work was excellent and I went away very satisfied. First time customer. I was greeted upon walking in the door and waited on promptly. The car was finished under the time frame I was told. I thoroughly enjoy watching the manner in which the owner and counter folks took care of their customers. They went above and beyond for virtually everyone who walked through the door. I will definitely try them again.
