I came in with a potential emergency as there were multiple warning lights going off on my car's dashboard. The staff at Eastern Tire -- both at the counter and in the garage -- took care of me and my car quickly, professionally and courteously, and afterwards they provided me with a cogent explanation of the car's problem and their remedy. It was an exceptional experience, but nothing out of the ordinary for Eastern Tire, because that is the level of service I have received every time I come in.
