I was trying to get a car inspected because the people were going on vacation and the inspection sticker had run out so I called Eastern Tire to see if they could fit me in and they did so. Tks very much.

Does anyone like it where the car needs repairs? YES!!! I have been going to Eastern Tire for nearly 10 years and if I could have them put a new roof on my house, mow my lawn, or perform a kidney transplant I would. I depend on my car and I have worked really hard to take care of my car. Not only that, but I love my car: she's a 1997 Honda Civic that was named "Piglet" in 1999 by my daughter, who was two at the time. Currently, Piglet has over 232,000 miles. I have had first rate service from the folks at Eastern Tire for my Honda Hybrid since 2007. I trust them to take excellent care of my car, respond to my concerns, talk over any problems that arise and recommend a solution. And I like going to the shop. There is a friendly atmosphere there.

I always get excellent service at Eastern Tire. The prices are reasonable and the waiting room is comfortable with free wifi. But most importantly, I am well treated by all of the staff. They're friendly, helpful and considerate. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have a car serviced.

Eastern Tire to the rescue yet again! I own an inn in Rockland and had a guest with a VW that is having issues. The guest had called around to several places only to be told that they "don't work on VW's". She had actually worked with AAA to have the car towed an hour away to VW in Augusta. When she told me what had happened I mentioned this amazing tire and auto shop just around the corner. I called and spoke with Kris who is the office manager there and she checked with the guys and said they do work on VW's and will find a way to squeeze this guest into their busy schedule. There is no better feeling knowing that there are businesses out there that put their customers first and will do whatever they can to assist a person in need! If you don't already have your car serviced there I highly recommend you give Alvin, Aaron and the whole crew a try!!

I have used Eastern Tire for more years than I can remember. They have always done good work on all of my vehicles since the 1970s. They also go out of their way when I needed something in a hurry. Recently I had a hub replaced on my VW Routan, it failed through no fault of Eastern Tire, and I had to have it replaced while I was in North Carolina. When I returned home, Alvin stood behind their work with no questions asked. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
