They did exactly what needed to be done and were even able to do the fluid film treatment the same day. I didn’t book the fluid film before the day of appointment.

The people in Eastern honest, friendly and do a very good job. I met them a couple of years ago when I went in thinking I needed tires . They looked at my tires and they actually told me I had good quality tires with a reasonable amount of tread left on them and not to change them yet. That sold me on the place.

Great place- I just happened upon Eastern Tire last winter when I needed my snow tires put on. No one in town had an appointment sooner than 2 weeks away, and there was a storm coming. They fit me in quickly, and were very professional. And super nice. Since then I had my check engine light suddenly go on, and they took me right away and used their diagnostic tool to tell me what was wrong. And didn’t charge me! I had to take it to the dealer to fix, which was fine (and they didn’t charge me either...it was a minor electrical thing). I highly recommend this place- it’s a well-run business full of friendly, knowledgeable employees, that gets you in and out fast!

The best wheel alignment ever (better than the dealer!). My car hasn't steered this straight and handled this well since I bought it. Staff is courteous, friendly and know their stuff.
