Blown away by the customer service.. Nate had our car ready in less than 24 hrs..incredible. .we have not stopped talking about eastern tire..FINALLY! This was a quick trip to Eastern Tire for an oil change. They were friendly and it was easy to make the appointment. My service was routine but I listened as they discussed issues with other customers. They explained issues in ways that were easy to understand.
