As a long time repeat customer my experience yesterday with Eastern Tire was excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My scheduled alignment began right on time and was completed at the approximate time. All staff members were masked and the waiting area followed Covid guidelines.

I've tried a few car repair shops in the Rockland area and settled on Eastern Tire & Auto Service Inc. and its incredibly customer service oriented friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and TRUTHFUL staff. They keep my 1999 GMC Suburban running incredibly well. Alvin, his brother, Aaron, Nate and Jade at the front desk are just the best! Chris, the master mechanic is excellent on all makes and models. As far as my GMC Suburban goes, at 20 years old and with 226,000 miles on the odometer and a sound frame and body, I'm replacing components as necessary. To some it may sound foolish but I've had Eastern Tire Service replace brakes, a front wheel hub, an O2 sensor, the radiator and fuel tank plus the big ones: the transmission and engine around just a few months back. The beast has a new lease on life! Review #2 - Another great job by Alvin Chase and the crew at Eastern Tire Service. New tires mounted on newly powder coated rims. Alvin is always proactive and asked if I'd like the wheel balance weights out of sight on the inside of the rim instead of the more common outside. I remain a loyal customer and continue to recommend Eastern Tire Service to anyone requiring tires, tire rotations or anything in the manner of automotive repair.
