Took my car in for a state inspection and asked them to check the battery. Was charged an extra $40 for the battery check and told I needed new breaks. Got a second opinion on the breaks elsewhere and was told they were fine. Don’t trust this place

I was fortunate to have met with you myself that day and remember you well. For context, you were not satisfied with our evaluation of your brakes and found a repair shop that satisfied your needs. You did indeed compensate us for the time we spent assessing your vehicle, and were informed of our long policy of crediting diagnostic fees if work is scheduled at a later date. That still stands. You failed to mention in your reviews that you had a pleasant experience the week prior when we inspected your Caravan, and it passed. - Alvin
