Eastern Tire did everything they promised, and they did it well. I would use them again.

Traveling from Virginia. Had a blowout on the way north. Car was checked before arriving Rockland and found to be okay. Then brakes started squeaking. Landlady here sent us to Eastern. They fit us in right away and then said the brakes were fine and did not charge for the inspection. That alone would rate 5 stars. But while in the waiting room near closing time I could hear and observe front office staff calling customers. The patience and thoroughness I witnessed as staff explained issues with customer cars was remarkable. Wish this place were in my hometown.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The absolute last thing you want to have trouble with when you are away from home is your car-especially when you are are staying 17 miles down a long road at the end of the St. George Peninsula. When my check engine light came on and the car started hitching on my way back "home" to Port Clyde from Rockland this week- I was --of course-- a basket case. A local friend referred Eastern. From my first phone call and conversation with the incredible Jessica I realized I was going to be in good hands with a reliable repair shop. Jessica provided guidance on towing, rental car and she assured me they would work the car into their schedule the next day and try to fix it quickly. Sure enough- as promised Eastern did just that. Their mechanics quickly discovered the issue, repaired the car and had me on my way. I am deeply appreciative of the great customer service and kindness shown to a visitor from out of state. We recently used Eastern Tire for alignment and tire balance. From the call to set up the appointment through till I left it was a great experience. Very friendly and efficient with fair pricing. Super accommodating. The customer waiting area, as far as waiting areas go, is nice with Wi-Fi as needed. I highly recommend using them.

Eastern Tire always comes through! At my recent visit they repaired my brakes and several other things, and discovered and fixed a serpentine belt issue that could have killed my engine. Thank you so much!
