Had a nail in my front right tire and went to see the Eastern Tire Team, no appointment, Monday morning and I was treated so professionally it was refreshing to experience good service!! Having been in the service industry myself for many years I paid attention to the interactions of everyone as I waited in the nicely appointed waiting area. The owner and several of his team members were helping lots of customers, it’s a busy place!! It was obvious to me within minutes that repeat customers was the norm (my wife and I are traveling from California) I was in and out in very little time and felt great about having chosen a well run small business!! We were returning home from our visit with friends in Warren, Maine when we had a flat tire. With no hesitation I knew that we would go tiEastern Tire and Auto Service for a new tire.. In the past we needed auto service while visiting in Rockland, so I knew that Alvin and his team would take great care of us. We pulled in, spoke with Alvin. Within a very short time, he had the car into the garage and his team had the new tire in place and we were on our way! Eastern Tire is our service shop when we are away from home!
