The customer service is of the old fashioned sort, really looking out for us and explaining the process well. Turns out studded tires come with their own vocabulary and bit of knowledge. I learned a lot and feel safer on the road!
The folks at Eastern Tire have always gone above and beyond for us, even going so far as accommodating islanders’ needs by bringing vehicles to the ferry, driving cars on/off the ferry.

Wasn't an actual customer. I called about a weird tire size, also they were unable to process my corporate service plan. What the Lady did do was go out of her way to assist me in locating a tire service that could supply me with what my company required. Thank you for your awesome service and assistance
