We had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and dropped the car off at 9:30. The waiting area was large, clean and pleasant, with several check-in spots. We were checked in immediately and left to run some errands. We got a call 45 minutes later, saying our car was ready. We were checked out immediately as well. What a great experience! Very friendly and competent staff, and a nice place to wait if you need to stay while your vehicle is getting serviced. We will definitely be using Eastern Tire & Auto for all our service needs, as well as our state inspections.

Went to Eastern Tire for an estimate. I had not been there before but they took me right in. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Service advisor (Ainsley) extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything. Had a minimal wait time to have car looked over. Would recommend this garage. Many thanks to them for taking me in with no appointment.
