Polly and I have used Eastern Tire for most of our auto maintenance and repair for more years than I can remember. They do quality work, give accurate estimates, keep scheduled appointments, and have a comfortable waiting room and a pleasant staff. It's possible that they may not be the low cost producer. We have found the prices to be reasonable.

Eastern Tire gets my five-star rating because of its exemplary customer service. I needed a tire checked as I was traveling a distance the next day. They fit me in two hours before they were closing and fixed the tire so I would feel safe. Friendly, efficient and competent in all my dealings with them!

Always helpful and knowledgeable, would not go anywhere else. Spacious, super clean waiting area too!

Starter replacement and belt replacement. Too complicated for me to do myself, done as promised and well. The parts markup was a bit of a surprise (165%), but labor was less than I expected, so it evened out fine.

On time, good work, nice people.

Gave me best price estimate out of two other local stores. We set appointment they performed tire change over. Very satisfied with work
