My son hit a pothole on the way to Maine from Massachusetts. In the morning. I called around and Eastern tire was able to get me in to put new tires on his car. They were very nice to deal with and very accommodating. However, my sons had to leave Maine to go back to Massachusetts at the end of the day. I called an hour before Eastern tire closed and it was agreed that they would take my credit card information over the phone and leave the keys for the car in a mutually disclosed place. We got to the car after hours and there were no keys. Fortunately the office had a text number that they check periodically and about 30 or 40 minutes after our initial text, we got a reply that the owner would be there in about 15 minutes. The owner was very apologetic but it was very frustrating to have agreed only an hour before closing that they would leave the keys for us only to have it not happen.
