I used to feel like these people had the consumer’s best interest in their services. I just recently got a quote of $625 for servicing my back brake pads. I have a friend experienced with 7+ years in car maitenance who informed me that their labor rate would have to be $525 with the cost of the brake pads. Mercedes Benz labor rate at max is $300 after my research. I have a Nissan. While I appreciate the friendly atmosphere of this establishment and the efficiency, I will no longer be taking my car here when I could have a trained friend help and just pay them $50 and a pack of beer.

Not only are the people here friendly and efficient; they go out of their way to ensure the customers are happy. Look no further, this is the place to go.

I was there for less than an hour, had two new tires put on the front and the two still decent tires rotated to the back. Staff seemed very pleasant and convivial and I was told that by buying two or more tires, I get free rotations going forward. Great experience and Eastern is now employee-owned, which is very cool!

The employees are always eager & helpful, in my particular case the tire technician offered for me to come back in for an in-person reprogramming of my truck if the new rim/tire was triggering a low pressure code light on the dash. Excellent service!

Very friendly and prompt

Went to Eastern Tire & Auto on 12/6/2023 with a very intermittent noise. Of course no noise when I got there and no noise when the technician drove the car. Cars never make the noise at the garage! Technician did a thorough going over and spent a considerable amount of time driving the car. No obvious problems found. Feel better having them look over though. They spent probably around a half an hour investigating and never charged me one cent. Service desk employee stated when I heard it again to stop by (with no appointment) and they would drive the car again. These folks went above and beyond and many thanks to them. All of staff very friendly and helpful as always. Very nice to know that your concerns are important to their business. Customer service is obviously their priority and I would say they definitely exceed in doing that!
